Help Us Plan SOS 2026
Planning for Somerville Open Studios 2026 is gearing up and we are seeking your help!
Our next planning meeting will be Monday, December 1, 2025 at the studio of Dan Coughlin, 86 Joy Street. We’ll have pizza and drinks at 6:30 pm, with the meeting starting at 7 pm.
Please enter via the yellow door. Look for the SOS sandwich board. Off-street parking is available in front of the building. The studio is also a short walk from the East Somerville Green Line station.
Volunteers Wanted for 2026
Somerville Open Studios is produced each year by a team of committed volunteers, including both participating artists and those who are just interested in nurturing the arts in Somerville. Planning begins in the fall and we can always use people with a variety of skill sets and talents.

Visit Brickbottom and Joy Street Studios, November 22-23, 2025
Two of Somerville’s largest artist buildings, Brickbottom and Joy Street, will hold their own Open Studios events on Saturday and Sunday, November 22-23, 2025, from noon to 6 pm each day. Visit them both!
