SOS at the 2017 Honk! Parade

Somerville Open Studios will be marching in the 2017 Honk! Parade happening on Sunday, October 8th, and we want you to march with us! If you would like to march with us, but cannot make the work day, please RSVP to

We will be carrying some fantastical dragons and creating colorful flags to twirl for the occasion. Our work day will be happening on Sunday, October 1, from 10:30am to 3pm at Hilary Scott's house, 9 Browning Road .If you have a working sewing machine, please feel free to bring it with you! Also, Honk! is looking for artists who may be interested in helping some of the folks who are participating create visual impact for their message. If you are an artist who is interested in working with other groups, please contact Cecily Miller at
