Artist's Statement

I work out of my home in Somerville and dabble in a myriad of media and practices including quilting, tailoring, jewlery making, bookbinding, lacemaking, and woodworking. My goal for everything I make is for it to be highly functional and practical whilst also being highly aesthetic. I am particularly insterested in maximalist pattern and texture mixing and recycling every scrap of material into something new.
