Artist's Statement

As a full time grad student, my art practice is a way to capture moments of reflection, exploration, and delight. My photography captures my love for travel and sense of place, focusing on the landscapes, people, and built environment found in those moments of adventure. My block prints reflect more whimsical subjects, such as animals, plants, and found objects that are meant envoke a sense of childlike joy.
