Artist's Statement

Dive a lil deeper, see what you can find. 

This is the philosophy of my Imaginarium. Trained as a 3D illustrator, I delight in exploring the many forms of experimental storytelling. From pseudo-calligraphic mark-making, to found-object architectural model-making, to exaggerated sculpted clay caricatures, to experimental sketchbook binding. In each, I look to press the limits of what can be driven by craft and refined by surreal dramatization. I love to build little worlds as dialogues between artificial space and human intention. Perhaps stoking the world of make-believe within us, along the way. I hope visitors to The Imaginarium can get lost investigating the little worlds nestled within our own, or at the very least maybe you can get a chuckle out of my errant musings.
