Artist's Statement

I am a self-taught artist who primarily works with acrylic paint on wooden panels or found objects. 
The subject of my work often incorporates vibrant depictions of the female figure or abstract images of human emotion. Some pieces include resin and other forms of mixed media. Painting is part of my well-being and internal peace. It is more something I do to keep me connected to myself, and hopefully they are able to offer something positive or inspire joy in those that happen upon them.
