Artist's Statement

I started making jewelry around 5 years ago as an outlet for the stress of my "day" job in the biotech sector. I love the aesthetic of leather accessories so this ended up being a natural outlet for me. I usually make all my pieces on the floor in my kitchen while I hang out with my dog and two girls, age 12 and 9! I loved the conversations and interactions with all the folks last year and even got some great suggestions on alternative leather sources and am looking forward to seeing everyone again this year!
