Artist's Statement

I am a high school art teacher which enables me to be around assorted materials and constant motivation to create. My work is inspired by people I know--  my students, friends and family and others who I have yet to meet.  It is inspired by places I have been, both physically and emotionally, and where I have yet to be.  My art is a reflection of my expreriences with all of these people, places and things.
