Artist's Statement
My art consists of a focus on nature. Things that grow, foliage, flowers, turning leaves. As I interpret these elements through drawing, this takes on a more urban content with architectural structures and nature at the periphery. Some of my drawings involve pencil portraits of people. I have great amusement with collage, combining celebrity, politics, and social content allowing for a 'no holes barred' freedom of expression.
