Kiln-formed glass and prints
I combine print processes with glass. To me, glass has a magic to it, in its liquid solid qualities and in its capacity to catch light or hold messages as if in amber. I use different techniques to mark the glass, including fused collage, silkscreen, dremel, frit, enamel, resist, sandblast, or a combination. Where possible, I like to combine words and images in ways that shift when the object is viewed in three dimensions.
