Artist's Statement

   My images promote an appreciation of the profound beauty of the world and underscore the critical message that we must protect our planet from thoughtless destruction – especially the current climate crisis.

      I'm featuring images from various trips over the past year, including: New Orleans and New England, including the Cape and New Hampshire.  I hope you'll have a chance to stop by my home studio in East Somerville to see my images from my past year of photography. As usual in addition to framed photos, I'll also have photo cards for sale.

     Once again I was very honored to have my image chosen, for the sixth year in a row, to appear on the cover of the December 2025 Sierra Club magazine. This year's image, "Bees Hovering Over Flowers on the Espinade", will be availalbe for purchase.  I continue to explore ways to use my art to support environmental justice.
