Artist's Statement:
My artwork explores all flora and fauna with a playful embrace of color and texture across three primary media: watercolor, printmaking and drawing. I seek to capture a sense of freshness and spontaneity in my paintings and prints and enjoy the sense of discovery in unexpected results. It is a great source of inspiration for me. Above all I wish to communicate my sheer wonder at the transient beauty and mystery of nature.
